Coaching for the quietly stuck

Stuck between the life you're living and the life you know you were meant to live.

A long-form coaching practice for high-performing professionals who are done pretending everything is fine.

Who this is for

You're successful on paper. Disconnected underneath.

You know something is off.

The career is moving. The income is real. From the outside, everything looks like it's working. But internally, something doesn't quite add up.

You catch yourself in the same patterns over and over. The same relationships. The same exhaustion. The same quiet thought at the end of the day: is this really it?

You've read the books. You've tried the podcasts. You're not the kind of person who avoids hard work. So why does this still feel stuck?

This work is built for you if:

  • You're feeling the shift — you know something needs to change
  • You're willing to question everything, including your relationships
  • You're done with quick fixes and surface-level advice
  • You're ready to commit to yourself for the long haul
  • You can hold honest conversations about hard truths
The Work

A year-long return to the truth of who you are.

This isn't a three-month transformation or a quick-fix program. The Veracity Year is an ongoing partnership built for people who understand that relationship with self is the foundational shift. When that one thing changes, every other area of your life moves with it.

01
See

Pattern recognition

Months 1 — 3

We surface the behaviors, beliefs, and stories running your life that you can't quite see yet. By the end, you can name three to five patterns you couldn't see at the start.

02
Source

Going to the root

Months 4 — 6

We trace those patterns back to where they came from — usually childhood adaptations that served you once and don't serve you now. You begin to understand why you do what you do.

03
Shift

Installing the new

Months 7 — 9

We install new patterns. New behaviors. New responses to your triggers. The work meets your real life — your relationships, your career, your body, your money.

04
Sustain

Becoming your own coach

Months 10 — 12

You learn to catch yourself in real time, reset faster, and self-correct without me. This isn't an ending — it's the beginning of you running your own life from the inside out.

The transformation

What changes when you finally do.

Before

You feel completely out of control. Stuck in a shame spiral. Your relationships, health, finances, and career all feel off — and you can't figure out why. You know you have issues. You just can't move.

After

You're in control and moving forward. You know your triggers and can coach yourself through them. Every area of your life is improving. You're the person you were always meant to be.

Turns out, it all works together.

About Shaina

Success and alignment are not the same thing.

Shaina, founder of The Veracity Co., seated on a stool and laughing

I spent most of my adult life getting good at achieving.

I built teams. Helped grow multi-million dollar businesses. Closed over $10 million in sales. Competed as a bodybuilder. From the outside, it looked like success.

I couldn't name what was happening on the inside. I just knew something was off, and I couldn't think my way out of it the way I'd thought my way through everything else.

So I did the only thing that made sense to me: I went looking. Therapy. A coach. A sales coach. Couples counseling. An energy healer. All at once. I call it my kitchen sink season, because I threw everything I had at the question and paid attention to what actually created change.

What I found wasn't another strategy to master. It was a distinction I'd never been taught: success and alignment are not the same thing.

That distinction changed the way I approached both my own life and the way I work with others. It eventually became the foundation of the work I do today.

I coach ambitious professionals through The Veracity Year, a structured, year-long process built around four phases: See. Source. Shift. Sustain.

It's informed by both my career and my own kitchen sink season. Years in executive leadership, sales, and operations taught me how high performers think, adapt, and keep moving even when something deeper feels off. My own journey taught me why those same strengths can quietly become the very things that keep us disconnected from ourselves.

My clients tend to look successful on paper. Intelligent. Driven. Respected.

If something in you knows there's more truth to uncover, I'd be honored to help you discover it.

How we work

Four principles. No formula.

— Principle One

Everything is connected.

The relationship with self is the root. Fix the root, and every other area of your life starts to move with it. We don't work problems in isolation. We work the source.

— Principle Two

No one-size-fits-all.

Your work is custom to you. Your patterns came from a unique past and your transformation requires a unique path. We use whatever the moment calls for. No scripts. No copy-paste coaching.

— Principle Three

All in or not at all.

This isn't a quick fix or a side experiment. The clients who transform are the ones who throw themselves all the way in — willing to do the hard work between sessions and stay the course when it gets uncomfortable.

— Principle Four

You become your own coach.

The endpoint isn't dependency on me. It's graduation. By the time we finish, you've learned your patterns, mastered your triggers, and built the toolkit to coach yourself for the long haul.
