These terms govern your use of theveracityco.com. They do not govern the coaching engagement itself — that's covered in a separate signed coaching agreement.
The Veracity Co. is a 1:1 coaching practice founded by Shaina Short. The site exists to describe the work, accept applications, and provide a way to reach us. Nothing on the public site constitutes coaching, a coaching engagement, therapy, medical or mental health advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply or use this site.
If we accept your application and decide to work together, the terms of that engagement are set out entirely in the signed coaching agreement. That agreement, not this page, controls scope, schedule, payment, refund policy, confidentiality, and termination.
All site content, including text, logos, design, and the Veracity Co. brand, is owned by The Veracity Co. and may not be copied, republished, or used without permission. Quoting short passages with attribution is fine.
The site uses third-party services (Tally for the application form, Vercel for hosting, Google Workspace for email) and may link to third-party content. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
This site is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved from coaching. Coaching is a collaborative process, not a guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Veracity Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
