How we handle your information.

This policy explains what The Veracity Co. ("we," "us") collects when you visit theveracityco.com, request the free reflection, submit an application, or become a client. We keep this short, plain, and honest.

What we collect

Application form data: name, email, and the answers you provide when you fill out the application at /apply. Submissions are stored by our form provider, Tally, and forwarded to our inbox.
Reflection signup data: your name, email address, optional phone number, and choice about future emails. Submissions are stored by Tally. Your answers to the reflection itself are not collected.
Email correspondence: messages you send to us at hello@theveracityco.com or shaina@theveracityco.com.
Coaching records (clients only): session notes, intake answers, signed contract, and async messaging history kept in our internal Google Workspace.
Standard server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) logs request metadata (IP, timestamp, page) for security and uptime. We do not use these for marketing.
No third-party tracking pixels. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To read and respond to your application.
To schedule and deliver coaching if we work together.
To give you access to the free reflection and respond to your messages.
If you provide a phone number, to respond to requests you make. Providing it does not authorize marketing calls or texts.
To send future emails about The Veracity Co. only if you choose to receive them. You can withdraw that permission by emailing hello@theveracityco.com.
To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we use to run the practice: Tally (form intake), Google Workspace (email, calendar, documents), Vercel (web hosting), Calendly (scheduling), Square (payments), and our attorney or accountant when professionally required. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Application and reflection signup data are kept for up to 24 months from submission unless you become a client. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal recordkeeping. You can request earlier deletion of your application or reflection signup by emailing hello@theveracityco.com.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
You can request correction or deletion at any time, including your reflection signup details.
You can access the reflection without opting into future emails. Phone number is optional, and providing it does not sign you up for marketing texts.
You can withdraw your application at any time by emailing us.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
