How we handle your information.

This policy explains what The Veracity Co. ("we," "us") collects when you visit theveracityco.com, submit an application, or become a client. We keep this short, plain, and honest.

What we collect

Application form data: name, email, and the answers you provide when you fill out the application at /apply. Submissions are stored by our form provider, Tally, and forwarded to our inbox.
Email correspondence: messages you send to us at hello@theveracityco.com or shaina@theveracityco.com.
Coaching records (clients only): session notes, intake answers, signed contract, and async messaging history kept in our internal Google Workspace.
Standard server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) logs request metadata (IP, timestamp, page) for security and uptime. We do not use these for marketing.
No third-party tracking pixels. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To read and respond to your application.
To schedule and deliver coaching if we work together.
To send you reply emails — never marketing email blasts.
To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we use to run the practice: Tally (form intake), Google Workspace (email, calendar, documents), Vercel (web hosting), Calendly (scheduling), Square (payments), and our attorney or accountant when professionally required. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Application data is kept for up to 24 months from submission unless you become a client. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal recordkeeping. You can request earlier deletion of your application by emailing hello@theveracityco.com.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
You can request correction or deletion at any time.
You can withdraw your application at any time by emailing us.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
